The Training For Warriors System is a physical and mental training program originally createdfor fighters by Martin Rooney more than 10 years ago. This training program
utilizes ongoing evaluation and feedback to adapt specific strength and conditioning protocols to best fit a warrior's needs.

After over a decade of use by many of the top fighters in the world, we have realized thatyou do not have to be a fighter to use the TFW system, but you do have to be a warrior. A warrior is defined as anyone that is prepared to work hard and develop oneself in an effort tobattle against his or her particular challenges in life. If you want to stay fit for a career as a fighter, in law enforcement or the military, sure you're a warrior, but what about every day people? At any age, if you are looking to lose weight, gain muscle, tone up, get stronger and healthier, YOU are a warrior. You are fighting for your own health, appearance and life. Our goal is to help you win that battle.
