After over a decade of use by many of the top fighters in the world, we have realized thatyou do not have to be a fighter to use the TFW system, but you do have to be a warrior. A warrior is defined as anyone that is prepared to work hard and develop oneself in an effort tobattle against his or her particular challenges in life. If you want to stay fit for a career as a fighter, in law enforcement or the military, sure you're a warrior, but what about every day people?
