Warrior Cardio Class:
Warrior Cardio uses a variety of different modalities of fitness from barbells and kettlebells to using your own bodyweight this class is sure to burn fat, improve strength and build confidence.
The Hurricane is the main form of Metabolic Training used in the TFW System. The Hurricane Class will create a stimulus that will burn fat and build muscle. Each Hurricane is developed around some form of sprinting. The level of difficulty of a Hurricane is dependent on which of the five Categories is being performed.
Energy Circuit Class:
This class will improve you conditioning as well as burn fat and improve power. During an Energy Circuit Class there are a number of exercises that you will perform back to back with little rest for a set amount of time.
