Everyone is looking for some type of magic potion in order to lose excess fat. Usually when this happens we get so caught up in doing all sorts of tricks that we lose sight of the very simple and very effective ways that will help us scorch the fat off our bodies. Add these three new routines into your day and watch the number on the scale drop.
Drink Water: I told you it was going to be simple, but what is also simple to do is also simple not to do. Majority of people walk around in a dehydrated state. This dehydrated state is very damaging to the our bodies. Adding more water into our daily habits will help improve our metabolism. Increasing our water intake also keeps us feeling full which in turn makes us eat less. Simple way to get more water in during your day is to drink at least one glass right when you wake in the morning and one before each meal.
Sleep 8 hours: Most people walk around sleep deprived this day in age. Lack of sleep will slow down your fat loss and have you less focused during your day. If you are a night owl, you are also likely to go on some late night snacking binges which will not be friendly on your road to fat loss. Get to bed earlier and those bad snack nights will disappear along with the fat.
Plan for Success: Plan your eating and exercise schedule just like you plan your work day and appointments doctors. Weather you use a plan book or your phone to do this it is imperative you know the times in your day when you will be eating and most of all what you will be eating. This will also relieve the stress of knowing what you are going to be eating. I have seen students of mine get incredible results from just planning a little more. Another way to plan is to cook your meals for Monday through Wednesday on Sunday and on Wednesday cook for the rest of the week. A little planning will go a long way in getting the results that you want.
